Premium is one plan: the full dossier layer, premium sound/frequency surfaces, and full Nikki interpretation. The launch billing posture is monthly or annual subscription, no free trial, cancel anytime, and access retained until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled through support.
You can manage most account-level actions from Settings, including deleting your account and reviewing linked policy pages.
Free Nikki chat is designed for explanation and navigation. Premium Nikki chat is designed for deeper personalized interpretation. If a response feels wrong or inconsistent, include the exact prompt and reply when you contact support.
