This is the current product-facing version of the terms. A lawyer-reviewed agreement should still replace it before public launch, but the product behavior described below reflects how NūΨ currently works.

What NūΨ is

NūΨ is a software tool that calculates mathematical descriptors of patterns derived from your birth data — frequencies, archetypes, structural metrics. The calculations are deterministic. The interpretive language attached to them is exploratory, not clinical.

What NūΨ is not

• Not medical advice. Frequencies, "DNA-tuned" protocols, and SNP descriptions are mathematical analogies. They are not diagnoses, treatments, or therapeutic claims.
• Not psychological counselling. Archetype and shadow descriptions are descriptive language layered on numerical outputs, not assessment tools.
• Not financial or life advice. Trajectory and compatibility readings are not predictions you should act on for material decisions.
• Not astrology. No zodiac, no aspects, no houses. See /method.

Acceptable use

• You must be 13 or older to use NūΨ.
• Do not submit birth data for someone else without their permission.
• Do not use the chat or share features to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our APIs.

Account & data

You may delete your account and all associated data from Settings. See Privacy for details on what we store and why.

Free vs premium access

Your calculation is free. Some surfaces operate as guided preview layers, while premium access unlocks the full Deep Lab dossier, premium sound/frequency surfaces, and fuller Nikki chat interpretation. Feature descriptions on the app and pricing page define what is included at each tier at the time you use the service.

Billing

If paid billing is enabled at launch, Premium is intended to be sold as a single subscription plan with monthly and annual billing options. There is no planned free trial at launch. Until checkout is fully live, pricing and waitlist language should still be treated as launch-positioning rather than a completed purchase offer.

Support and cancellations

Product and account support is available via support@nusai.app. If recurring billing is enabled, the intended launch posture is: cancel anytime, access remains until the current billing period ends, and refund requests are handled through support. Final billing language should still be shown clearly on the pricing page before public launch.

Liability

NūΨ is provided as-is. We make no warranties about the accuracy, fitness, or consequences of acting on any reading. Decisions you make based on the app are your own.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in-app before they take effect.
