How we handle your data

This page describes how NūΨ handles the data required to calculate your profile, save it to your account, and operate Nikki chat. A lawyer-reviewed version should still replace this before public launch, but the product behavior below reflects the current app.

What we collect

• Birth data you enter (name, date, time, location). It is used to calculate your profile. If you create an account or save your reading, it may be stored in Supabase. If you do not, much of the experience remains device-local.
• Email and account credentials, if you sign up.
• Conversations with Nikki chat if you are signed in. This can include your prompts, Nikki's responses, and message-level feedback you submit with thumbs up/down.
• Optional web-push subscription endpoints if you opt into notifications.
• Optional usage analytics (for example PostHog and Vercel) if you grant consent where required.

How we use it

• To calculate and render your free profile and premium Deep Lab readings.
• To save your profile to your account and sync it across devices.
• To operate Nikki chat. Free chat is more limited; premium chat may use more of your saved profile context to answer in a personalized way.
• To operate optional features like daily digest preferences and push notifications.
• To improve product quality, including using feedback events to review whether Nikki chat responses were useful.

What we do not collect

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not use your birth data as an advertising segment.

Free vs premium context

Your calculation is free. Premium unlocks the deeper dossier and fuller Nikki interpretation layers. That means premium features may use more of your saved profile context to answer questions or render deeper readings, while free surfaces stay closer to guided preview behavior.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time from Settings. You can revoke analytics consent there as well. EU and California residents have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA — contact us via the email below.
